Shop Policies
Payment The only payment we accept at the moment is PayPal. Please make a payment within 24 hours. If you do not pay within 24 hours without any communication for the date of payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping We will promptly ship items or start to make the custom orders as soon as your payment is confirmed. The items will be shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service w/ Free Tracking and Insurance) or regular air mail (no tracking/insurance) as specififed in the listing. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damages/ loss caused during shipping as well as customs duty. Please note that we do NOT mark international package as a "gift" on the customs forms. If you'd like to upgrade the shipping method from air mail to EMS to expedite/track the shipping or protect the items from damages /loss during shipping, please contact us before making the transaction so that we will update the shipping fee accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges Please contact us via email (to sales [!at] asaborake.com) or convo within 7 days upon receipt of the item (s) with your reason for return. We will fully refund the original purchase amount, but not be able to reimburse shipping fees. The item (s) must be returned to us within 30 days by the customer's expense from the date of purchase in the same condition as they were received.
Additional Policies and FAQs Please note that we use genuin leathers for our items, so some slight irregularities due to the nature of the natural materials may be found, but it should not destroy the beauty of piece.
